there is clearly a bad leak under the street, as this area of the street has been constantly wet since the freeze. There is movement of water up from under the street based on how the water is flowing. please fix!

I walk in Spotts Park almost daily and there are a couple of low spots in the sidewalks where water consistently stands. is there a way to fix these areas?

there is constantly water on the street here and it is always very wet.

There is a large holes in the fence between cottage Grove Park and the main lanes of I-10. it's a major safety issue because my child can easily run through the hole and right onto the freeway. please fix as a priority.

the irrigation for this area isn't on the water conservation schedule, and a sprinkler head is causing water to gush out into the air.
