    Between 96-94, 92 Sixth Street curbside leaf buildup left behind/not removed. Concerned because this is the last date for street cleaning. This will cause incomplete drainage during inclement weather this winter.

    The sidewalk in front of my house was dug up for the repositioning and planting of a tree. The excavated sidewalk has not been filled in or roped off. In order to pass by, people are walking into the uneven dirt hole/sidewalk. I’m concerned this is a safety hazard.

    On March 29, 2021 a great portion of this tree located at 96th Street was cut down by the City during a windstorm because of the danger of it uprooting, falling and causing damage. I was informed at that time that the City would return to take down the remainder of the tree. To date nothing has been done and in the meantime branch growth to the very large limb has taken place. Please advise when the remainder of the tree will be removed.

    On March 29th a good part of the tree in front of 96 Sixth Street was taken down due to danger of falling. I was told that the remainder would be removed. To date it has not happened. It is now starting to sprout new growth. When will the complete removal be attended to? I appreciate your attention to this matter.

    Crumbled curb between 96 Sixth Street and 241 Charles Street. This is related to recent sidewalk curb repair/replacement during late fall of 2020. Can be dangerous (risk of fall) if exiting car from passenger side or from stepping from street to sidewalk.

    During Sixth sidewalk reconstruction in the Fall of 2020 by Newport Construction the bottom granite step at my premises dropped down causing the seal to separate and open up plus the seal between the riser and next step opened up. Carl the Supervisor of the project promised to come back to repair. This has not happened. Will someone return ASAP to do the promised repair.
