    I have tried repeatedly to call for bulk pickup and no one picks up the phone so I can make an appointment and pay for the service. I need a sofa removed from the curb. What is the procedure for doing this?

    Water and sewer already inspected and I am trying to find out if this hole is due to a tree issue. Already submitted this yesterday. Just trying to add specific information.

    There’s a huge hole that has appeared on this property. The hole is more than three feet deep. There is also a sinkhole next to sewer access in another corner of the property. I sent a picture of that one two weeks ago. This property is one of the homes on the corner where public works was working last week.
