Traffic light broken. West bound on Pauline at the corner of Stadium. The left turn green arrow on the traffic light does not change. I have experienced this almost constantly in the mornings. As a result traffic sits in the turning lane on Pauline waiting to turn left through numerous cycles. I have seen numerous times that people eventually run the light or jam up traffic trying to switch lanes to avoid being stuck.
