    It would be helpful to have a speed limit sign at the entrance to the neighborhood. The current signs location up the road doesn't seem to have the best placement for visibility.

    Have trouble as a pedestrian crossing this street with cars stopping for pedestrians. Converting this area to a 4 way stop might be helpful

    Often when walking in this area cars fail to yield to pedestrians. Crossing on the side of the rail road tracks has some visibility issues. It would be great to look into a solution. Especially as foot traffic to powerhouse row increases
