There is a tree(s) next to the sidewalk that has branches low enough to hit people in the head. I was recently running from Back Forty at night and was unable to see them until they struck my head (5'11").

The area was on the sidewalk on the northside side of Airport Road and just east of Leman Ferry Rd. With Back Forty now open there will likely be in increase in foot traffic from the soccer field, skate park and playground using this sidewalk.

The is a recently developed large pothole that has opened up on the southbound lane of California just south of Clinton. This was the recently paved "test" segment.

As I was running down Governor's Drive from 14th Street heading towards Stovehouse, I noticed a section of the nice new sidewalk where the truncated domes and detectible warning pavers have sunk or broken.

Facing the new apartments it would be at the far right hand side (East).

This is the bridge, by the playground at Bud Cramer Park. Significant trip and fall hazard. As someone who has significant scars from having damage sustained when a dock board broke and my leg went thru, please address this immediately. Especially since this is a park with a playground which would have children running around.

Last night we were walking on the sidewalk on the north side of Holmes Ave. Near the Methodist Church there is a overgrown tree that has branches almost completely across the sidewalk. They hang down to approximately 4 feet above the sidewalk. Please have these trimmed.

At least two tree branches are hanging across Wellman Avenue at approximate height of 10 feet over the road surface. Have watched numerous delivery trucks being struck by the branches. Please have then trimmed when service is in the area.
Wellman Ave NE between 1109 and 1110. Tree is on the southside by 1110.

I called the Huntsville Police to report this last night. Significant hole in the eastbound lane of Wellman, in front of 904.

Visible hole is much smaller than the large open area below the road.

Not sure if the cap is missing or it is flipped upside down and jammed.

Noticed on Sunday and confirmed this morning. There is not a single street sign at the intersection of Coleman and Beirne. It appears that the sign(s) that would have been placed on top of the stop sign have either been stolen or removed. I believe these would be Five Points Historic District signs.

I reported the item below (# 13589284) on 10/22/22. It was reassigned and eventually closed. I was running at John Hunt Park on 3/15/23 and the same hole in the rubberized surface that I reported previously was still not repaired. This remains a potentially dangerous trip and fall hazard that should be addressed.

John Hunt Park Cross Country Park - Rubberized Surface. Was running last night on the rubberized surface area when I saw another runner trip and fall. There is a pretty large hole in the surface (which she tripped on) on the segment that runs parallel to Memorial Parkway but before the turn circle. Very difficult to see because the color blends in. I know it likely can not be patched but would be helpful to spray paint around the hole to alert those walking or running.

This is a heavily utilized surface by local community and also teams warming up or cooling down at the Cross Country Meets. With some large meets approaching, I hope this can be addressed immediately before someone gets hurt and ruins the reputation of our incredible facility.

Street light on the southeast corner of Wellman Ave and Lacy is not working. Was walking last evening and it was exceptionally dark at the intersection.

The Coleman street sign (historic district) is missing from the corner of Beirne and Coleman. I reported this once previously and it was quickly replaced a few years ago.

I'm pretty sure it was there when I ran on Tuesday or Wednesday but was missing on Wednesday evening.

John Hunt Park Cross Country Park - Rubberized Surface. Was running last night on the rubberized surface area when I saw another runner trip and fall. There is a pretty large hole in the surface (which she tripped on) on the segment that runs parallel to Memorial Parkway but before the turn circle. Very difficult to see because the color blends in. I run most mornings in Five Points and live on Wellman Ave. The light by 1409 Wellman (Northside heading east) is not working properly. It will flicker at times but in general is not lighting that area.

The city recently (May 27th) did some sewer work at 1205 Clinton. The street was filled repaired but in a short period of time this rather large and deep hole has resurfaced. This is a potential trip and fall or even worse if someone on a bicycle would hit it.

I know the city likely still has to come back to sod, finish the sidewalk, etc but this should be addressed ASAP.

Noticed an unsafe condition with the storm drain not seated properly. Northeast corner of Pratt and Russell, at the stop light

A deep pothole has developed on Pratt Ave Eastbound in the roadway. The hole is just past the beginning of Star Market as you head east.

There are no street signs at this intersection indicating either McCullough or Coleman.
