    There is a piece of old carpeting in the street. It must have blown off a truck. Now at the curb because a driver stopped and dragged it out of the roadway.

    There is a huge maple tree between the sidewalk & the curb that is damaging the sidewalk and big limbs fall onto my car and into my yard frequently. There are obvious signs of rotting. There are power lines in the tree too. I'm worried the entire tree will fall onto my house or vehicles.

    Infrastructure guys were here this morning. I have been having flooding issues due to insufficient storm drainage. My neighbors are having the same problem. Improvements are extremely needed. My house and my close neighbors are homes that are owned by the occupants and we take pride in our homes and keep them well maintained with pretty yards. Please help me with this problem.     I just witnessed a blue pickup dumping insulation next to the pond in Combs Park. I turned around to go back and get his license plate # but he was too quick and was driving away. This happened at 12:50pm on Thursday Dec 16.
