There's a concrete/masonry truck (CPM - Commercial Plastering & Masonry Co, INC.) that loads up supplies every morning/afternoon at Morris and Iseminger. This morning I saw for the second time members of the crew/owner shove trash into the sewer grate. The first time it was a bag of trash and this time the guy was about to sweep a whole bunch of trash into the sewer. I asked him if he was planning to sweep it into the gutter and he said, "Of course I am."

I'm happy people want to clean up trash, but shoving it into the sewer drain is obviously just as bad if not worse! Is there any recourse for this? I'll post it on Philly 311 but I was hoping someone else had some input on this kind of thing. Obviously CPM isn't the only offender, but I confronted them and they acknowledged what they were doing and that didn't care.

The awning at the former Patisserie Boulangerie building on the corner of 12th/Morris is slowly falling apart. Last week two of the smaller metal supports were on the ground and this week one of the longer ones. On a side note, the current owners never shoveled any of the snow days we had this week either.

There's a drainage area being built on the corner here, right now it's a few feet deep and dirt. My son and I were playing in it today with his trucks and he stepped into a pile of leaves and disappeared into a drainage pipe. I had to put my arm up to my shoulder in the pipe and was able to grab him and pull him out. I've never been so scared in my life. I had the firemen across the street stick some cones in the drainage pipes, all of which were hidden by leaves.

This is a serious danger to any kids in the area and even smaller dogs. They need proper caps on the drainage pipes like the finished ones on the other side of the park or something.

There's a black Mercedes SUV that everyday is parked either in the crosswalk, or in between the crosswalk and the parking sign on the southeast corner. it has florida license plate E89 4??. It also has a PA 'Police Business' sign on the dashboard. I'm not sure what police business it has blocking the cross walk for the past month (and more).

Also, if you go into google street view, you can see it illegally parked in the crosswalk too! Who knows old that is. I'm including that in the photo too.
