Much of these items appear to be abandoned. They are located along the banks of the Rillito wash. The property that we manage, adjacent to this site, has been experiencing an influx of trespassers and individuals soliciting patrons of the center.

There are a total of two messages, one is attached, the other reads "trespassers will be SHOT on site." These messages do not comply with several section of Article 5 and 6 of the City of Tucson sign code.

Article V, Sec. 3-53. Prohibited signs enumerated.

E. Miscellaneous signs, posters and satellite disks: The tacking, painting, pasting or otherwise affixing of signs or posters of a miscellaneous character, visible from a public way, on the walls of a
building, barns or sheds, or on trees, poles, posts, fences or other structures, is prohibited. No signage of any type is permitted on satellite dishes or disks.

Let this be a notice to the City of Tucson Sign Code Administrator that Pima Medical Campus Owner's Association herby demands for this signage to be removed and for the resident residing at 5449 E. Waverly Street to be noticed and cited for the violations herein.
