As a pedestrian with a green walk sign she was crossing from Clark Ave across Dublin Bl. but the traffic turning left onto Dublin Bl refused to yield and almost caused an auto/ped. accident. Additionally the caller mentioned that the red circle on the No U Turn sign is faded and needs to be replaced. Thank you.
