I quickly ran outside, looked through the fence, and saw my neighbor going into the house next door at 10612 Casador Del Oso NE. The east side of my house is only accessible by going through a locked gate in that neighbor's side yard. Getting tired of the ongoing harassment from this neighbor especially since reporting case # 220806-000172.

Noise Ordinance Violation. Loud party started at 6:30 PM Friday 08/05/2022. Lots of screaming and yelling. By 8:00 PM noise was so loud it could be heard over the swamp cooler and television inside our house next door at 10608 Casador Del Oso NE. Decibel meter readings consistently over 70db. City Noise Ordinance decibel limit is 55db.

ABQ Ride bus did not pick up passenger standing at the bus stop at Spain Rd NE and Lutrell CT NE. A man tried to wave down the bus at the bus stop. Instead of stopping the bus sped up, swerved, and nearly hit the median on Spain Rd NE. Eyewitnessed by myself and my wife during our morning walk. Almost unbelievable.

Firepit located in the backyard of our neighbor located at 10612 Casador Del Oso NESpecifics:
Smoke from a firepit located at 10612 Casador Del Oso NE is getting inside our house at 10608 Casador Del Oso NE. The firepit is located directly underneath a covered patio structure causing smoke to be directed toward our house. When summer comes this situation will become even more of a nuisance. Our swamp cooler will draw in significantly more smoke than just having a window open. Breathing smoke inside a confined space like our home is especially hazardous to my health, as I already suffer from respiratory issues.Sometimes the flames from the firepit are as high as 4 feet, even with a fire screen. The firepit is located directly underneath a wooden patio structure. This is in direct violation of city ordinances which require that portable outdoor fireplaces be operated within 15 feet of a structure.
A half dead pinion tree borders our properties and is close to the firepit. This is in direct violation of city ordinances which require that portable outdoor fireplaces be operated within 15 feet of a combustible materials.
