    Ever since we moved in, we have been very aware of 3 sunken trenches in the road that are causing us a lot of distress in terms of the house shaking every time a large vehicle goes past and also loud bangs as everything in the vehicle bounces around in the back. There are 3 trenches in total. One is right outside the property primarily on the southbound side but also stretched onto the northbound side (see picture attached). The other 2 are on the northbound side, either side of the property. I first raised this issue in February and they did come and do some very small spot repairs which have had little to no effect on fixing the issue. I believe what is really required to rectify, is to resurface at least the area that is sunken. Please can this be arranged as I am tired of pictures falling off walls and being woken up in the morning by my house and bed shaking.

    There are two areas of the road, one outside of 98 Bridge Street and one outside of 103 Bridge Street which are not level with the rest of the road having previously been dug up and are causing vibrations in the nearby buildings when large trucks drive over them, as well as a lot of banging on the vehicles themselves. I have raised this before and my ticket was closed out as resolved even though nothing has been done. If anything it is getting gradually worse as small pot holes within the poor area of road are getting bigger. Please can I have a direct update on this and not just close it out with no explanation? Thanks.

    Damage to the road is causing my house to vibrate when large vehicles drive over it.

    Directly outside the property, and two other locations close by either side of the property, looks like the road has previously been dug up for something in the past and then repaired, but over time this has deteriorated. Now that it is in poorer condition, and with it being quite a busy road, whenever a large truck drives over the damaged bits of road, it creates a loud thudding noise and causes vibrations to travel through my house which can be physically felt inside.
