Owner has reinstalled the sheet metal ductwork for a chimney .
They apparently plan to continue to burn wood in a closed garage with oil, solvents and chemicals associated with car repair.
Please don't give up on this . The potential hazards from fire and fumes are great.

Owner at 401 Lexington Ave has dangerously installed a wood burning stove in his detached 2 car garage. The garage has a wood covered "grease pit" and has become a car repair shop with oil and solvents usually associated with car repair.
The smoke and stench from the smoke stack is a health issue as well .
Please check this out or advise me.
    Thank you in advance.

They're at it again. Residents are hand shoveling the septic tank into buckets and dumping on the surface. These people need help. They're growing, picking and presumably eating vegies grown on the leach field.
We now have new fears of airborne disease.
They have also moved at least one car with other junk back into this area.
This is an old archived issue I'd like to reopen and will if I can find out how!

Residents have been digging at failing septic system all day.
They are now digging what looks like a surface channel to divert sewage down hill.
We have reported this under "blight" issues with some positive results, however the health issue here needs serious attention.

The septic system stink gets worse when it rains and can be a good breeding ground for mosquitoes.
