The pothole in the middle lane, southbound, instantly shredded another tire. I have learned to avoid that lane, but unsuspecting folks just keep getting their passenger-side tires caught in the deepening strip-shaped pothole. The last response I saw was that nothing is going to be done until everything is done, but you can't have citizens just keep losing tires on such a busy street in the Medical Center. Wish I could have gotten a photo, but it's not a place you can stop and pull over to take a picture--or change a tire, for that matter.
