I live at 92 Fern Rd. I returned from the gym this morning to find a 'road closed' sign at the top of the road. Construction vehicles filled both sides of the street. Further construction just beyond my home. Completely blocked in, with no egress. There was no notification that this work would be happening. I work from home as well as have a home business with a lot of deliveries. Unacceptable that there was no notice to impacted neighbors of extensive construction work being done in the street.
