    The toilet paper dispensary in the women's bathroom at lower Washington Park is becoming a health risk. Too many times, I have experienced the toilet paper dispenser getting jammed with no access to toilet paper and primarily on weekends. I've found the whole dispenser on the floor a number of time with people desperately trying to get to the toilet paper, which is impossible. It's not that the toilet paper runs out, it's the awful design that is the problem. This design MUST be replaced with a better holder ASAP. This can not continue through the summer. I've left several rolls of TP in the bathroom that I usually keep in my car, to try to help the situation. I should have reported this sooner. People leave napkins and things because no one wants to be left in a situation without any toilet paper. Please fix ASAP-thank you!

    The women's hand dryer in the LOWER Washington Park bathrooms near the tennis courts is not working. We've notified ARPD. They say "There's a larger electrical issue in which it trips the breaker." ARPD claims it is working on a more permanent fix. It's been broken for about a year now. Having no way to dry hands after bathroom use is not ideal. We request that the situation be resolved by fixing the electrical issue and that something else be in place in the meantime. Thank you!
