this is still National City, the last time it was abated it was done by NC employees with weeders, that was before the pandemic. I know so because I was the one that reported it.

Hi Ronny, in response to report # 12183105 you said the tagged up wall belongs to Caltrans. As you can see in their response, it is private property belonging to the listed address. Caltrans owns the chain link fence in front of the tagged up masonry fence. The masonry fence is part of the foundation from listed property as it sits on an embankment. Please look into again because this has been persisting for too long and looks negative. Thanks Ronny.

Hi whoever lives in this address needs to re-tie the balcony scrim from fencing. When it's windy like yesterday the scrim is loose and obstructs the public sidewalk. Thank you.

there are potholes in roadway and you won't patch after multiplereports...why?

the roadway has fissures and potholes. The previous patches have subsided at E 16th St and F Ave and need to be re-patched. Can you please relay to Public Works supervisor. This has been reported multiple times and public works doesn't do anything. It's just patching the roadway to improve for drivers. I would submit as a potholes issue but public works doesn't seem to care. This is not right. Segment of bad roadway is in E 16th St between Highland Ave and D Ave. Thank you again. 🙏🏼

the investor sign is tagged up again, they keep putting up signs that ultimately get vandalized, makes Plaza Blvd look negative. Please help improve this issue, this is posted in front of long term empty lot. Facing Plaza Blvd. Thisis always the case, they should remove this sign. Thanks 🙏🏼

property with alot of junk in front, degrades the neighborhood. Looks like this particular property is hoarding garbage. This property was not like this when the old man was living here. Used to look decent and now looks like an episode from TLC's Buried Alive. Please look into.

SW with all due respect your response in closing this report is a joke, graffiti is obstructing the sign and does not look positive. For this reason I am reporting in this app so that it can have a positive change. If this was reported in the City of Coronado, their response would've been different and most likely would've address it. This is an example why other communities call NC Nasty City, because not enough is done by our local government and CC officers. Please look into again, it is obvious that graffiti is obstructing the sign for this reason I submitted a picture.
