City Police were directing traffic and crossing students at the Maxwell-North-Carter intersection.

Once again the vehicle was parked on Maxwell in a no parking zone. The location of the City Police SUV forced drivers on Maxwell to swing into the oncoming lane as they approached North Street.

It made it difficult for cars from North St to turn onto Maxwell.

The "No Parking Here To Corner" sign is at this intersection for a reason.

While I appreciate having the police there to help with traffic snarl, they actually exacerbate it when they park their vehicle on the East side of Maxwell right at the intersection with North Street.

Don't know the exact address, but it is on Nursery Avenue between High and Garden.

Sign in the yard has offensive phrasing ("Thanks @#$%") for all to see, and the plantings in the tree lawn are blocking both the sidewalk and part of the street.
