This is been here for 3 months abandoned my address 653 s elmhurst ave Oakland ca , this car is on the side of my house by Oscar ave ..black Volkswagen car license plate 5ATY750 CA ...can you do something I have 3 kids living here with disability's and Avery time the bus came to pick them up this car is on the way so the bus can park and wait for the kids . Thank you
