When walking on the sidewalk I noticed that the guard rail over the bridge on Rock Creek is extremely loose and could fall over into the creek. The rail looks ok itself and probably just needs to be secured to the concrete or tightened. I don’t have the tools to do this. We have several children that walk by or near this and will have more and soon as summer nears.
