Several potholes which cause drivers to avoid in a busy area just off Warwick Avenue adjacent to Planet Fitness.

Heavy trucking around this corner has worsened the situation. When river levels rise river water comes into the corner from the drainage grate flooding the corner.

There are MAJOR potholes i on Hale Avenue that need to be addressed. Cars are bottoming out on the road and it is a safety concern.

MULTIPLE POT HOLES IN BLACKBURN ST WARWICK RI, NEAR QUIMBY ST. INTERSECTION

approx.100 yds east of central ave.on knight street after digging up the road there is a dip in the road after repair and did not repave to the same height as the street.
