Driving up Bright Meadow Blvd. from the Fairfield Inn to Enfield Street there is a light out on the second or third pole tower. Since this is not a state lighting pole the town is responsible for getting this fixed. This may be owned by Eversource?

The street light at corner of Willard and Roy street has been out for at least a month. The pole number is 2983. Very dark as you turn at stop sign.

The streetlight is out again in front of I believe #5 or 7 Elm Avenue. This pole was fixed by Eversource last fall after 9 months of no power to the pole. Now it is out again. The pole is directly across from Roy Street. It is very dark at night and if there is an accident someone making a right turn could hit the large tree. This has been out since the storm last week. Please have it fixed.

Here we go again. All the lights are out on !-91 North and South Bound from exit 48 thru Exit 49 into Massachusetts. This includes the on and off ramps. The route 5 overpass at exit 49 N & S all lighting is out here as well. This is extremely dangerous since there is some much construction. Get the State of Ct. DPW to stop doing this.

There is a large pot hole at the corner of Willard Ave. & Enfield Street When you make a right turn to have to go around it to avoid hitting it. Been there for quite a while.

The street light is out in front of 5 Elm Avenue. This is a very dangerous corner which is opposite Roy Street as it is very dark. If you turn the corner to fast you could hit a large tree.

Here we go again. The light are out on I-91 Enfield North and South Bound starting at exit 47 thru 48 and half way to exit 49. The DPW I CT should be ashamed that this keeps happening. Seems to happen at least once a month in this area. Have them turn the lights on and keep them on and find out the problem.

There is a light out on the pole in front of 9 Elm Avenue, Enfield, CT. Not sure of the pole number. Might begin with 295__. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. The light should be replaced.

Here we go again. The lights are out again on 1-91 north and south bond from exits 48 thru 49. They came on again three weeks ago and now they are out again. The CT DPW should be ashamed not to have this problem solved. Get the lights on again expecially now that there is bad weather coming this week. This is very, very dangerous

Here we go again and again and again. ll the lights are out on interstate 91 north and south bound from exit 48 to exit 49 including on and off ramps. There is absolutely no lighting when exiting and entering each ramp. With all the construction on this road and in this error it is very, very, dangerous. There could be a serious accident and the State PW doesn't care. Why are these lights out. This happens at least every other month. Have the State resolve this issue. This happens at the other exists as well,

I -9l exit 49 northh and south bound. At least 5 light are out at exit 49 north bound expecially at the beginning and end as you enter and exit end of 49 N bound the light are out. There are only 2 working lights. Also at 49 South bound there are lights out as well.
