    The entire intersection is in extremely poor condition and has been for quite some time, it runs to the intersection of north street, I did reporters this to the engineering department and the manager’s office over the years.
    As you can see in the photos the storm water builds up onto the sidewalks because the sidewalks have settled over the years. It is extremely dangerous and the winner time, it appears that the sidewalks have sunk in and the storm drains are up to high.
    Over the years and has been fixed / patched it does not hold.
    I believe that the sidewalks and storm drains need to be completely replaced, the bad parts of the road should be ground down/reclaimed, not just temporarily patched.
