    The alley running east and west parallel to 22nd Ave N and 21st Street between the Rally store and 2nd Street N is riddled with numerous potholes. The alley needs to be regraded. Driving on the alley is very rough.

    Major pothole at alley entrance behind el cap restaurant. It has been there over a month. Have hit it several times and it feels like I’m going to bust a tire or axel. Have been told this has been reported to the city without action. Please fix.
