    This diseased, half dead tree sheds leaves and branches every time it rains. Sometimes the branches are fairly large and create a hazard for cars. This tree is right across the street from my house and I worry about if falling. I hope the city will remove it.

    The street sweeper just now went by. This is what the basin looks like. The reason debris gets piled on the basin is because the dead tree on the other side of the street sheds sticks, leaves and branches during rain. Then the flooding caused by the blocked basin collects the debris and it collects on the basin from the super slow drain.

    Look at this frozen flood in front of my house. I reported this 9 months ago and nothing has been done. I can not get my trash can in and out of the street. The trash can is frozen in the flood. I hope the city fixes this problem
