This traffic light is encouraging people to break traffic laws! The traffic light at Huntington Street and Prospect does not change from Red for traffic on Huntington street unless there are cars waiting in both directions! Today I saw the light take over 7 minutes to change from Red to Green and it only changed once there was traffic on Huntington street going in both directions.

Drivers routinely run the red light on Huntington street because it does not change, instead remaining green for Prospect even when there is no traffic on Prospect street. This is encouraging unsafe behavior because the light does not change properly!
