Obnoxious cars/trucks with modified exhausts treating the stoplight on 12th & Lomas like the christmas tree at a drag strip. Happens any time of day, but most concentrated between 3:00pm - 6:00pm and 7:30pm - 11:00pm. Day of the week doesn't seem to matter.

Emo graffiti on and behind commercial dumpster (concrete & metal). One of their friends died, it looks like, and they want anyone that throws trash away to commiserate. But we have other things to worry about and no one cares.

Looks like the new trash truck driver doesn’t quite have the "feel" of it yet. He crushed it like a beer can. Gentle, you gotta be gentle with it man

Noise pollution. The traffic noise downtown is unbelievable .There are times I literally can't believe this stuff is happening in an American city.hoever bears the burden of logistics atabpd needs to reevaluate. There are ways to control the masses w/o having the luxury of a fully staffed department. The current approach - herding the cars around the city in an endless loop - is not effective. By no means am I suggesting these obnoxious drivers are intelligent, but they do haveat pretty good grip on technology. Their one huge advantage is communications and information. They know when shift change happens. They know where officers are and where they will be. This information is distributed among them instantly. The police are never going to win that fight. I feel that same instant and abundant communication can be taken advantage of by enforcing some laws that are already on the books. Hanging out tickets for window tint, loud exhaust, over acceleration - exhibition driving - that gets passed around and slowly, the drivers who are simply trying to fit in, they seear reason not too I realize these seemingly benign infractions are not enforceable much of the time, but they don't have to be. I dread and plan my day around times I *think* theserridiculous vehicles will be sh*tting all over my neighborhood. (M-Thurs 7a-9:30a, 3p-5:30p, 7:30p-10p, 11p-1a. Fri, Sat, and Sun areaF crapshoot but generally follow an amplified version of this schedule). My point is, people are creatures of habit (bad and good) and pattern seekers. Handing out window tint tickets in the downtime hasat much farther reach than it may seem at face value. A few, consistent citations for exhaust infractions will slowly turn the current trend around. Personally, I'm willing to help in any wayiI can. My neighbors feel the same. Those of us that live and work here WANT to defend our community.y but are consistently made to fight with one hand tied behind our backs. Need a stolen trash cart replaced, still. This is the fourth week running and fifth request to have a stolen trash cart replaced. I don't know what the problem is, but it doesn't seem like it should be this difficult.

Trash cart stolen 6/10. Previous request states the issue "resolved", which it most certainly was not. Had two trash and one recycle. Still need one trash replaced
