Hello all! Noticed this recently planted tree heavily damaged on one side - and if I had to take a wild guess I'd say it has something to do with the construction site near by because the broken branches are COVERED in machine oil. I think we need to get it pruned and taken care of, also maybe remove the decorative lights that are adding extra weight to the branches. I have no idea who to contact so I'm hoping that someone in the neighborhood does.
