Traffic lights on Belvidere Arquivado600-698 North Belvidere Street Richmond, Virginia - CarverThe traffic light timing and/or intervals on Belvidere heading south (and seemingly heading north too) between Leigh St. and Franklin St. causes traffic to back up, block intersections and wait through multiple traffic light cycles - slowing traffic considerably each weekday morning. I have observed this from 7:30 am - 9:00 am, but it may happen at other times as well. Please note that this only started happening in the last few months. It now takes 5-10 minutes to travel 6 blocks where it only used to take a couple minutes.
