    I was told by code enforcement and environmental health that the individuals that are working on the four plaques at 520 Georgene Dr. we're not allowed to work past 10:00 they're still working on the roof at this time this is a ongoing behavior from them or they will even work till even 1:00 in the morning

    Mike Pittman from environmental health was the Landlord Martin Fliss the work on is four Plex apartment was done. code enforcement was told the same thing work has been completed. So if these 2 City agencies have been told this then why is it that I have photos of them still working on the apartment's roof. On top of that I've been having to bring my dogs inside my house because these roofers have this need to yell, throw objects, and try to intimidate my dogs.

    my spouse and I have need talk to Deborah, April Nelson, and Diego Gonzalez from code enforcement for months now about the roof work being done at 520 Georgene Dr NE Albuquerque NM 87123. Well the city did nothing even though they weren't posted be working on the roof because we were told they didn't have the permits for that kind of work to be done. So they finally finished working on the roof so I guess that's that. the other thing I'd like to report is the resident of apartment C had her friends take out 2 large blue barrels for trash pickup we find very odd she would have these in her apartment. someone might want to see what's in the barrels before they end up in the landfill.

    again why is no one telling these people that they are not post to be working on the roof. code enforcement has told my wife and I that they are not post to be working. so who do I talk to to get them to stop. they work off and on from 7am till 10pm. plus they are putting a large tarp on the roof now to block the rain if the wind picks up it will blow into my backyard and they're going to want it back and I don't like talking or dealing with these people because they are overly aggressive.

    I was told by code enforcement that NO ONE should be working on the roof of 520 Georgene Dr NE because they don't have the paperwork saying it's okay to do this kind of work. also why is it okay for them to work on this roof till all hours of the night keeping everyone up and adding stress to my neighbors because of this on going work

    520 Georgene roof construction is still continuing into the late hours of the night. we have yet to receive a response from the city of why this behavior is still continuing. under city code all construction must be stopped by 5:00 p.m. for my understanding. yeah the construction goes on until 10:00 at night at times. this is causing a lot of stress on family members and pets in my home. some definite conclusion and answers would be nice at some point.

    approximately at 1400 hours person started working on the roof of 520 Georgene Dr. We were notified by code enforcement that no work should be done on the roof of this residency. if we do see any work being done on the roof of this residency 311 should be notified to inform code enforcement of the ongoing activity.

    on 04.04.2024 My neighbor's girlfriend that lives at 520 Georgene Dr NE Albuquerque NM 87123. Shut up on the property approximately at 0917 hours. She immediately got out of her vehicle with her Chihuahua and made a beeline straight to my dogs. She stopped her dog numerous times in front of my dogs knowing that this would upset my dog. She has been told by animal welfare a numerous occasions to quit messing with my dogs that way. After she was done antagonizing my dogs she decided to go across the street in order to mess with the neighbor that has a pitbull across the street. This behavior seriously needs to discontinue ASAP everyone is getting sick of it on the street

    The resident's girlfriend that lives at 520 Georgene Appt A drive onto the property at 9:17 a.m. she got out of her vehicle with her Chihuahua and made a beeline to my dogs in order to upset them and get them angry. she has been told by animal control not to be doing this on more than one occasion but as the photos clearly show she has continuous with this behavior. after she was done @#$% my dogs off she went across the street to go mess with the neighbor that has the Pitbull. this behavior needs to stop immediately everyone on the street is sick and tired of dealing with these people that live at this address and they're bad behavior.

    the landlord of 520 Georgene has one of the residents parents work on the back roof. This roof is very dangerous because it's falling in on itself and has one major hole where the blue tarp is. plus the resident of apartment C has her child playing on top of the roof. the child could fall though the hole and get seriously hurt or die from a fall like that.

    my neighbors and I are pretty positive that this is the location where someone has been shooting a gun off for the past hour. I would use the APD app in order to relay this information to them but the app is broken. and has been for quite a bit of time. my wife and neighbors and myself have not been able to use it for at least over a week. but in any case this is generally the area where most of the gang activity, and other illegal crimes are committed
