Any chance of a project connecting sidewalks on Shepard Avenue (the portion from Dixwell Ave. to Sherman Lane?). Sidewalks are there for part of route but either switch sides of street, dont connect, or are absent entirely. Kohl's nearby is a bus stop I use frequently, but the walk up Shepard Ave. from there is not always safe. Thanks for this mechanism to comment. I know the town budget is tight.
