    Hello,

    I just came home from a walk and almost got attacked by dog while the owner was sitting on the staircase at 53 Ocean avenue and all she said was sorry jokingly. I could have been hurt and thank God I was not out with a child. Dog owners need to respect the safety of others and I hope the city is addressing these safety issues appropriately.
