    This just happened to my car on Gooden Dr. because your drivers place the carts on the road!!! You ask us to place our carts a foot from the road, yet your drivers don't put the carts back in our yards/driveway. Gooden Rd is already narrow but had the cart been placed back properly I wouldn't have a broken mirror. Is the city going to fix this? Probably not!

    Every month this happens. Either my household or recycle trash doesn't get picked up. When is the city going to start reimbursing us for missed pickups? It's not an oversight, it happens often. When calling Fayetteville trash pickup, I'm always assured someone will come and they never show up. Will you start issuing credits on our bills when this happens?

    How long will this be an issue? This house has been this way going on 2 years now. The house is abandoned & the owner no longer lives in NC. He has come by to pull stuff out the house but won't fix the garage door & has a washer on the front porch
