Illegal AirBNB that has been a revolving door. They advertise the house is available for up to 14 people at a very cheap nightly rate, so there is always an abundant amount of vehicles parked on the grass/street/driveway, anywhere! We have complained multiple times because this is clearly a party house and we have people coming and going late at night. Last complaint the city did nothing even after multiple calls. They claimed the owner found a "full time" tenant. Not the case. How much longer can this be allowed to continue? The AirBNB site even has complaints about the condition of the house, including rats!

Continued yard and overflow parking from AirBnB guests, driveway doesn’t seem to accommodate the amount of AirBnB guests.

This home has been operating as an illegal AirBnB for years, and for years we didn’t mind, but lately the frequency of turnover and amount of guests allowed (AirBnB ad says 10 guests) has significantly increased, leading to guests parking on the lawns, throwing parties late at night, constant Uber pick-ups and drop-offs at all hours, trash left in the street after parties, etc. The owners in this neighborhood have taken great pride in our block with home improvements to keep property values high, but this home is continually an eyesore. It’s just too much commercial traffic on a private block. Many neighbors have young children and the guests partying out front, smoking and drinking is concerning. This house is not zoned commercially, we would just like our block to return to a residential footprint.
