    Near 665 Spruce Ave there is a car parked on the sidewalk. I understand cars are allowed to park like this because of the narrow street but it should be half on/half off so I can get by with my stroller. As I walked into the street a car came speeding by and swerved around me. I was so scared I turned around and went home! It's the same situation across the street. Where can a person walk around here? And be safe? There should be a compromise. Pedestrians and babies in strollers should not be in danger! Please do something before someone is seriously injured or killed in this area. This happened around 7:00 a.m.
