    The city spread sand of the bridge some months ago during cold weather. The sand is still there. Does the city not have a street sweeper? There is sand and other debris along both sides of the bridge that needs to be picked up. The bridge is experiencing minor flooding during heavy downpours because the sand is blocking some drains. Please pick up the sand.

    There is a gray Ford F150 pick up truck parked 75 feet south of the intersection of New Kent Avenue and Cedar Lane. The park is parked on the west side of Cedar Lane adjoining the referenced property. The truck has been parked there for weeks and has an inspection sticker that expired in 2016.

    Road work was performed in front of 4702 New Kent Avenue in 2016 and a temporary repair was made to the road. The road in front of this property continues to deteriorate and has become a hazard. Some drivers have taken to the British method and just will drive on the other side of the road to avoid the extremely poor road conditions. This issue needs to be addressed and fixed ASAP.
