    this pedestrian crosswalk light is not working properly. no crossing light doesn't work and the timer flashes 51 3 times and turns off.

    residents walk dogs on this sidewalk and with this tree growing in diagonal only one at a time can go thru. at night the street lights don't show this trunk and someone might get head injured if they don't know it's there. Umbrellas do not fit thru there. Also the tree has widow makers and loses branches all the time. One of the pictures has it at the base and another limb (not pictured) is in my neighbor's yard.
