I have reported this multiple times over the past few months but nothing has been done yet. There are 3 lights out along Old Milton Pkwy btw. Marietta St and Roswell St. Light poles #4, 5. 6.
The city's response was that the power company is responsible for this. So we contacted GA Power they said that the light poles are overgrown with trees and the city needs to clear those first. I have passed this on to the city and nothing was done. This is ridiculous - it shouldn't take 3+ months to get this fixed.
That stretch of the sidewalk is very very dark and those 3 lights need to be fixed ASAP to ensure the safety of everybody walking there at dusk/night.
Looking forward to a quick response from the city, acknowledging this message as well as quick action to get this fixed.

3 street lights are out between Marietta St & Roswell St, pole #4, 5, 6. This was reported to GA Power. Since the lights are overgrown with trees, the city need to trim the trees around the 3 poles first before GA Power can fix them.

I am following up on issue ID 11113077. What is the city planning on doing to stop the illegal crossing over the white double line at the intersection Old Milton/Rucker/Wills? And what is the time frame for action/resolution? A solid curb, like the one at the off ramp GA 400 & Avalon would be an ideal solution and prevent cars from cutting in last minute.
And maybe have a police officer there on occasion to cite drivers that are crossing over the double white line towards the end of Old Milton!!

    Thank you!

Something needs to be done on Old Milton Pkwy, going West towards the intersection of Old Milton, Rucker, Wills. Every day on my way home (usually anywhere between 4:30-6pm), I observe cars passing the long line that has formed in the left lane on Old Milton (often back to the pool/Mansell House) just to cut in front of a car right before the intersection. Yesterday I even watched a car pull out behind a school bus in the left lane, passed it and then cut right back in in front of the bus. What makes those people think that their time is more valuable than the drivers that are patiently wait to get through the intersection??
It has gotten ridiculous there!!! Again, something HAS to be done to stop this. The city needs to put delineators back up, but solid ones and not the flexible ones because people drive right over them.
