My mother, Mary Dowell, has a huge diseased tree, in front of her home, that’s shedding dead, black leaves on her car, sidewalk and street. She has called numerous times about this issue for over three years. Meanwhile, the tree is getting worse and could do damage to her house or car, if not cut down soon. Thank you.
