Street needs a speed limit sign. Numerous young children play / cross the street and cars routinely race down Mount Vernon. It should be 25 mph, but this is routinely violated. Children playing sign in addition to a speed limit sign would be very helpful in making Mount Vernon Street safer. (Resident of the street who also works in an office with windows that face the street, allowing for regular observation of traffic.)
