The owner of 314 Claremont Ave in mount Vernon had the Petrillo road crews who just recently paved Claremont Ave dump asphalt at the end of the driveway. He did this for the purpose of getting his commercial vans that he uses for is illegal business he runs out of his residential house into his driveway. I know for a fact that he stores dangerous chemicals for this business in the garage that he built on his property without a town permit during covid shutdown. I have complained about this property several times. But every time I come back to this site my complaint is gone. I know for a fact his pays town inspectors to look the other way. I will not stand for this. If something is not down this time, I will take it to the next level and get a lawyer. This owner has avoided several inspectors when us neighbors have had a work-stop put on us. Do something immediately about this.

Bushes have become wider than the sidewalk itself.

Car is still in same spot. No one has entered or moved vehicle in weeks.

Black suv on corner of Claremont Ave and Primrose Ave. Has been there for weeks. Vehicle has already been ticketed by police.

Hedges on property are so overgrown onto sidewalk it's almost impossible.

There is also a broken post from a city sign sticking out of the grown with a sharp point on it. This must be avoided when forced into this area by hedges.

House is on corner of Claremont Ave and Grand St. Hedges on edge of property grow into sidewalk area. Pedestrians are forced to walk in slippery mudded area. In same area is a signpost that is broken off about 8 inches from the ground surface. If it snows, pedestrians have to walk in mound of snow shoveled from sidewalk. Hedges need to be trimmed back.

There are NO solid double yellow lines painted on the street on Columbus Ave that runs underneath the Cross County Parkway. There have been several near head on collisions. And, cars have been stopping too far out when coming to a traffic light stop because there are no white stopping lines on either side of Columbus Ave after traveling under the CCP.

There is a large graffiti on the wall across the street from 180 parkway S. It is on the wall which is under the entrance ramp to the cross county parkway.

There is a sink hole forming under the sidewalk/curb next to the sewer drain on the south/west corner at intersection of Grand St and Vernon Pl.

Small trees planted by CoMV cause sweeper to drive around them away for curb. Debris is never properly cleaned.
