    Does the City of Gilbert allow flame throwers to be used in residential yards to kill weeds? I have seen this in our neighborhood and it seems like a huge fire issue .

    These tree stumps have been on Marbella near Ocotillo for almost a year and not removed. This area is not part of the Marbella Vineyards HOA. It is over the fence of the water treatment facility and owned by the City of Gilbert. I opened another request and it has been ignored. Please review and take care of it

    There are 2 tree stumps on Marbella and Tiffany (approximately) that have been there for 6 - 12 months. These are very unsightly and a potential hazard. Can you please remove them?

    Marbella Vineyards (map attached) is in need of having most of the streets repaired. There are many cracks that are worsening. It has been many years since they have had attention and some streets have never been filled/repaired. Today several residents drove and surveyed the area and we randomly took pictures (see map and pictures). We think about 80% of the streets are in need of repair.

    Our neighborhood recently had a mobile speed detector added to Marbella Rd that shows hiw fast each vehicle is going. The speed limit is 25 mph but cars routinely go 45 + mph. Unfortunately the sign, while still there, is not working. Perhaps the battery has gone? Anyway, it has not been working for the past week. Please send someone out to repair it. thanks.

    Concern is over drivers not following the speed limit of 25 mph in Marbella
    Vineyards, on Marbella Blvd. This has been going for several years & it is getting worse. We have many children in this area & this excessive speeding is a safety issue. Perhaps an electric sign warning drivers about their speed through this area would help. Marbella Blvd connects from Octoillo Rd to Highley Rd.
