My delivery person and I see rats all over the property

I live at 17a Putnam and Cambridge police are investigating a felony crime committed to
Me a hate crime pictured here by friends of the neighbor and more who doused my Juneteenth decorated window during one their loud parties. They have no respect for neighbors after 10pm and especially after midnight. The neighbors of 17 Putnam ave attacked the Cambridge police shoving them in the door multiple times insurrection style as they wrote in the report and the report has put them down as having committed a civil rights violation onto me. My other roommates are white and half white and have told detectives that they've never been targeted. But they continue with the after hours noise nuisance as well and are generally just evil specimens. My roommate and I had to make a report on two white guys stalking my back window weeks before this hate crime. And they are very angry

17a Putnam ave I couldn't sleep due to noise in my room where I was recently moved due to multiple code citations on the landlords for property neglect. This mouse was caught on my surveillance as I slept. Additionally I am hearing rats outside, have seen them as well including delivery drivers who have seen them in early morning. Additionally neighbors who police wrote a report on for disturbing the peace are continuing parties and blasting music after 1030-11pm. I am disabled.

Landlord as always is negligent and has not scraped ice all down the 17 side and even our stairway at the back.
