This is a wooden sign holder that previously held a DC Water Construction Information Sign. The sign fell off the stand and I had requested removal. Someone came, removed the fallen sign, but left the wooden stand. Please remove.

Alley street light isn’t working properly. Tries to turn on but never fully lights up.

There is a fair amount of renovation work in the area that may be disrupting rat homes. A round of rat abatement would probable be quite effective at this time.

Cobra street light directly across from 303 rock creek church rd NW turns on and off repeatedly all night leaving extended periods of darkness causing safety and security issues.

Furniture pieces were left at garbage pick up location by previous owner of 3920 3rd street over a month ago. Suspect that they never scheduled a bulk pickup. New owner not present.

Garbage truck workers asked that I report it to prevent possible property damage or injury.
