There has yet to be a solution to this problem. A surveyor came out about a month ago to measure the slope and pitch of the driveway, expressing that a lip or driveway needs attention. No contact or anything after measuring. The storm drains on the road continue to fail and not drain the water as needed causing run off into my yard. This has been a constant recurring issue that is causing MAJOR damage to my yard and driveway that continues to be disregarded

There is MAJOR water runoff at the top of my driveway when it rains causing flooding, property damage and unsafe conditions/sink hole in my side/backyard, now pooling under driveway near cars. The water deterred to my yard is causing major erosion, now to the sides of driveway. There was a lip added to the top of driveway TWICE (told by previous owner) with no resolution to the water deposit. The whole street is getting new or replaced storm drains these past few weeks. All the driveways in proximity to these new drains are FLAT versus my driveway on a slant. This has been an issue for over 2 years now and nothing is being done about this. I have complained multiple times and I’m told its being resolved. As shown in pictures, this issue has progressed since august of 2021 with no resolution to the issue

There are NO storm drains at the top of the driveway which result in extreme water runoff and major shifting of ground due to capacity of water when it rains. There are storm drains being put in, however there are none in the area of my residence. This has been an ongoing issue for a few years now as the water drains completely into the driveway and yard without proper drainage causing damage to the yard

The whole road (Atkins street, connecting to country club from the road on pistol creek/savage hill road. Also; Location in front of Footit road). There are multiple potholes and major holes atleast 8-12 inches in diameter and about 2-3 inches deep at minimum. There is constant run off with only about 10 storm drains for water run off on the whole road, closer to the Berlin area. The patches that were filled have loose tar fill spread over the road due to it not being fully packed or set properly with constant heavy trucks on the roads. Signs direct “no thru trucks” yet I have caught huge tractor trailers and oversize load trucks on camera who ruin the road. This is a main neighborhood community road, but is not maintained as it should.
