My trash barrel needs to be replaced, they showed up today with trash barrels on a truck and stopped at my driveway and then proceeded to sit in the truck for a few seconds and then just drove and and didn't switch it out.

My trash barrel is cracked down the backside and also has damage from an outside animal chewing through the plastic. It is starting to get really bad so I was wondering if it could be replaced.
