    Hello,
    I have lived here for almost 4 years now. Whenever we get heavy rainfall the storm catch basin drain always fills up and water does not drain properly. I try my best to clear any debris, leaves, etc from the drain but even if it's cleared the street gets flooded.

    I'm unsure if there was debris blocking the drain this time because the snow/ice just melted. Can something please be done about this? Can someone come out to ensure there is no blockage in this drain?
