1. Illegal private 2 gates on public sidewalk. Including double car gate.

2. Illegal driveway. There could not be any, due to backyard being too small to park any car. Such car parked there can only illegally take public sidewalk.

3. Illegal "no parking" marking on street.

4. ADA violation, since private car gate blocks public sidewalk.

5. I am requesting issue violation.

6. I am requesting removing "no parking" marking n public street.

7. I am requesting order owner to redo gates to contain only within private property.

8. I am requesting City changing policy of painting "no parking" on pavement with no questions asked.

9. I am requesting City implement a written policy of verifying if curb cut is legal before blindly accepting current status.

10. I am requesting new policy include public notice as with any zoning variance. This is due to many being in grey area, and public has a right to be involved when City recognizes grey area curb cut.

On Sherman side there are pallets of building materials left for weeks. Also rubbish and dirt from excavation. All on sidewalk side.

I request building inspector order to clean up within reasonable time.

282 Central (Police station)

I am reporting sabotage on part of City employees responsible for maintenance of this historical building. Building has bluestone foundation blocks, which over the years were damaged by so called street salt. As of now, severe loss of stone has occurred (eaten out). It resulted in recent crack of front wall sandstone block on right side of facade. This is historical building.

I request firing of person responsible for this sabotage, and engineering study how to reinforce foundation stones.

Sidewalk on Hutton side of 286 Central

Tripping hazard. Bolts left by DPW contractor sticking out. Rubber cone left attached by a contractor is damaged and protects nothing.

I request blacklisting of this DPW contractor.

I request changing DPW policy of securing such bolts if they need to be "temporarily" left while no work is conducted. Protection must be at least 6 feet tall and sturdy, so there is no foreseeable deterioration of cone and tripping hazard as here. Cones are not doing job. This occurs often. DPW policy of this technique must changed to ensure safety.

43 and 45 Sherman Place

1. Illegal curb cut for en entire length of these two houses. Done a few years ago. This parking is illegal. Note, that there is additional in the back already.

I request to redo sidewalk by liquidating curb cut. To be done by City DPW and charged to owner, including placing a lien against the property to recover costs.

288 Central

1. Zoning violation. Illegal canopy on public right of way. Unstable.

2. Canopy has illegal electrical wiring, with exposed wires. Obviously no permit due to entire canopy being illegal to begin with.

3. Corner column has foundation stone collapsed. There is a visible 1/4 inch gap in separation. This part supports entire corner side of building. This is serious structural damage for prevention of which Meyer gets paid weekly.

4. Illegal private fence was recently erected on public sidewalk on Hutton side.

5. Bars in windows leading to fire escape. Death trap for dwellers and firefighters.

I request issue Building and Fire safety violations.

181 Zabriskie.

House is on Zabriskie, however it pertains to garage which is on Liberty side.

There are three cars parked there all the time, day and night. Instead of parking inside garage bays, they park on public sidewalk. One is always disabling fire hydrant by blocking access.
10 feet clearance is per NJSA. It puts at risk firefighters.

Also, these cars violate ADA at the same time.

Parking Authority agents are driving around their scooters every day, yet never ticket these.

I request start ticketing for parking on sidewalk and hydrant and impound cars at the same time. Nobody is allowed to compromise fire safety and ADA violation.

3316 Kennedy

1. OSHA hazmat violation as part of construction. Illegally installed unapproved hazmat tank on back of construction truck. NJ plates XW-350L. This is also NJ DOT and US DOT violation. No crooked contractor is allowed to operate at construction site while violating OSHA as a matter of business practice. This also puts at risk unsuspecting first responders, as truck is not properly marked as hazmat carrier.

2. Dumping of soil runoff on multiple occasions noted. Evidence offered upon request.

3. Fraud. Concrete poured when freezing.

4. OSHA violation. Rebars without caps noted on multiple occasions. Impaling hazard.

5. There appears to be large private parking on ground floor of building. It is illegal zoning violation because no public notice of variance application was made. All approvals thereafter are void.

I request Meyer deny certificate of occupancy until OSHA case is settled with OSHA.

This is single family Cape Cod type of a house. It was illegally converted into 3 family and is rented out as such to three different tenants. This is part of Fulop's affordable housing program.

1. Zoning violation. No basement and attic dwellings allowed.

2. Illegal construction without permit during conversion into the slum. That includes illegal electrical work in basement and attic.

3. Death trap for dwellers and firefighters. No fire exits from basement and attic.

4. Clean Water Act violation. 2 extra sewer connection in violation of existing federal court injunction.

I request immediate revocation of certificate of occupancy for non compliant (death trap) structure.

I request City evicts basement and attic tenants into hotel at owner's expense. This is standard procedure in the City, rarely executed.

I request City Corporate Counsel notifies federal prosecutor who represents EPA of violation of an injunction.

I am opening a new ticket. There is a pending complaint re sidewalk obstruction by grocery store operator. I am formally changing my comment there to a complaint here.

1. Zoning violation. Canopy is on public right of way (over public sidewalk).

2. ADA violation by obstructing public passage on sidewalk with private boxes every day.

3. Illegal business license issued for grocery store without any loading dock.

I request shut down this business as safety hazard.

There are already 2 pending complaints. This is a third.

Zoning Violation #1. There were no public notice given to public about variance application, thus all approvals are illegal.

Zoning Violation #2. There appears a garage was permitted at ground level inside building. No new driveway could have been allowed that close to an intersection. Apparently, no mandatory traffic study was done. Thus, no construction permit could have been issued.

I request to deny certificate of occupancy on that count alone. This is part of Construction issue now.
