    1. Illegal demolition. No permit.

    2. Illegal dumpsters on the street. Three of them. No traffic permits, which must be obtained and posted on each of them. City employs a person only for this enforcement, yet crooked contractor is allowed violations.

    3. One dumpster is illegally obstructing intersection. All permits expressly state on it that contractors must obey traffic laws. NJSA 39:4-138 e prohibits less then 25 ft.

    4. Structural damage to house on Liberty side. House is collapsing due to foundation failure. Visible cracks on wall up to second floor.

    I request stop work order for safety violation during construction.

    I request citation of issued for illegal parking of dumpster less the 25 ft.

    I request order to remove all dumpsters for lack of permits by the end of the day. Otherwise, removal by DPW at contractor's expense.

    I request to order engineering study for structure integrity.

    I request blacklisting of contractor who placed illegal dumpsters.

    1. No permit. Demo job done, bulldozer left.

    2. No fence. There is pre existing 4 feet high chain link fence only in part. Free access from sidewalk. Not sufficient to protect children. Another words, no fence for construction site.

    Memo to Raymond Meyer: We documented all the public shade trees there. None is allowed to be cut for convenience of a crooked contractor as you allowed at 122 New York. Make sure you not end up as your coworker Philip D. Zacche of Manalapan.

    I request stop work order issued, a citation issued for lack of fence, and not allowing to continue until fine paid.

    1. Illegal driveway. There never was, and never can be due to size of front yard. Any car obstructs public sidewalk by default.

    2. ADA violation. Passage must be 24/7.

    3. There is a car parking on public sidewalk every single day and night forcing pedestrians into heavy traffic on pavement. Death hazard.

    4. I request to revoke certificate of occupancy for the property.

    5. I request City order owner to redo sidewalk so curb is raised to legal height and illegal curb cut is liquidated. Note, that adjoining driveway on east side is also illegal.

    If not done within reasonable time, do it at City expense and charge to owner, and place a lien against the property.

    6. Start issuing tickets for parking on public sidewalk.

    7. Impound any vehicle parking there for ADA violation.

    This has been reported a month ago and Raymond Meyer done NOTHING. I am adding additional violations

    1. Illegal sidewalk closure.

    2. Illegal storage of private construction materials on public sidewalk.

    3. No permit. Anywhere.

    4. No secure fence. Whatever it is, is not a legal fence, as it does not
    protect from children entering construction site.

    5. OSHA violation. Rebars/pins have no mandatory caps. Impaling hazard for workers and firefighters.

    6. Private portable toilet is on public sidewalk.

    I request

    7. Issue mandatory stop work order.

    8. Notify Corporate Counsel of Meyer's failure to act on previous complaint, which a criminal act of misconduct in office.

    9. Place general contractor on blacklist and ban permanently from doing business in the City.

    10. Notify City Risk Manager, as this complaint creates a public record and trigers City's liablity.

    11. Take steps that no above violation accur at this site anumore.

    Cellar hatch on public sidewalk is broken. Both hinges on left side are entirely broken apart. Left leaf of hatch is loose. Fall and death hazard.

    I request City order the owner to secure within 24 hours. If not, place secure plate at City expense on top to prevent pedestrian to fall inside. Charge it to owner and place a lien to recover costs.

    1. Illegal private gates are on public sidewalk. All three of them. Private gate can only open within private property.

    2. Illegal driveway exists. Driveway for this property was made on
    backyard side on Ferry Street (another side of the block). Curb cut of about 25 feet was illegally made into public sidewalk without public notice, zoning and traffic study.

    3. This is a new construction, which by law was to be inspected during recent construction. I allege a criminal offence of misconduct in office perpetrated by by Construction Code Official Raymond Meyer by faking an inspection and issuing undue certificate of occupancy to property which was not compliant all along.

    I request:

    4. Declare void an existing certificate of occupancy, as per existing law.

    5. Place temporary bollards or similar obstruction on public sidewalk in front of illegal driveway, so public can again park on public street there.

    6. Order owner to redo sidewalk so curb is raised to legal height and illegal curb cut is liquidated. If not done within reasonable time, do it at City expense and charge to owner, and place a lien against the property.

    7. Order owner to remove or redo all 3 gates as no public sidewalk is used as private. Give ultimatum and proceed as in point 6.

    8. Notify City Risk Manager, as this complaint creates a public record and triggers City's liability.

    9. City Corporate Counsel notify state AG and request investigation of Meyer for fake inspection and illegal certificate of occupancy.

    3. Unstable fence fails to protect from children.

    5. Illegal storage of hazmat (gasoline) on site with no mandatory warning decals, no fire extinguisher and fire training for workers. Reported multiple times. Protected by Meyer.

    6. No permit allowed despite multiple complaints to Meyer.

    I request Meyer shut down this site immediately as mandated by UCC. Crooked contractor proved contempt for safety laws.

    As part of construction activities contractor routinely parks cars obstructing intersection, and stop sign.

    1. It is a safety violation as per UCC, since cars are construction vehicles.

    2. Is is a fire hazard. On December 29, 2021 crooked contractor illegally parked and prevented fire engine from accessing the intersection. Fire engine could not negotiate the turn to respond to fire nearby. Stop sign is on other (reverse) side of Do Not Enter on picture.

    I am requesting Meyer shut down this site immediately as mandated by UCC. Crooked contractor proved contempt for safety laws.

    1. Illegal dumping of soil as part of a construction activities into public storm drain at NE corner of St. Pauls and Kennedy. Occurred Feb 22, 2022. Ongoing practice protected by Raymond Meyer despite repeated complaints. I documented on many other dates, and hereby offer Raymond Meyer evidence upon request. Felt cloth inside catch basin was installed over a year after starting dumping, and is ripped anyway, so protects nothing. FAKE.

    2. Illegal private fence on public sidewalk. Half of sidewalk counting lengthwise along Kennedy and entire sidewalk along St Pauls. No permit of any kind. Reported multiple times. Protected by Meyer.

    3. Illegal gate erected on Kennedy side which swings open on public street (sidewalk AND pavement) forcing pedestrians into traffic. Gross negligence on part of crooked contractor and Raymond Meyer. No permit of any kind. Reported multiple times. Protected by Meyer.

    4. Illegal hazmat (gasoline) storage at construction site. No mandatory hazmat warning anywhere. No fire extinguishers on site. This creates death hazard for unsuspecting firefighters. Reported multiple times. Protected by Meyer.

    I am requesting shutting this site immediately for UUC and Zoning violations above.

    Crooked subcontractor erected metal scaffold for siding installation right next to power lines, in violation of UCC and OSHA. There are no safety sleeves on power wires. Crooked subcontractor puts lives of workers at hazard of electrocution.

    This is not against safety violation. This complaint is against this subcontractor being allowed to work without a permit. This subcontractor is not listed on files at all.

    Such practice of Raymond Meyer obstructs safety assurance, including immediate identification of a criminal. Every subcontractor must be licensed and listed on file and on displayed permit. This is not enforced.

    I made one report over this, and it was removed without addressing.

    West Side Ave and Van Keuren, where power plant used to be, missing Street name sign for both streets. I recommend that new post be extra heavy duty because it is flat area near river and is exposed to very strong winds and hurricane on occasion.

    I also recommend sign me 12 feet tall because of upcoming warehouse in the area and thus heavy traffic.
