This is one of three houses that are falling apart on Lodewyck The owners are not being sighted or ticketed and the properties are left falling apart and preventing our neighborhood from having safe areas for our kids to hangout

No one is living here and no one in maintaining any of the properties They need to be boarded up asap or torn down These are blighted houses

This is the third request to get this house and now the one next to it boarded up People and kids have been seen going into the house All the windows are busted out and the doors are gone These houses are falling apart because the owners dont care and the city isnt doing anything to help our community They keep closing the ticket without any follow up

Building got burnt out over a week ago and their is broken glass all over the sidewalks Kids and pets walk here everyday and the owner should be responsible for cleaning up their sidewalks so they are safe

There is a hose draining sewage water from this house into my back yard Ive called multiple times about the pipes and today the draw sewage water is coming from a hose my neighbors put over my fence I am unable to approach the property because they have dogs chained up I do not want to call the police and am unsure what to do now

There is water flowing out from a taped pvc pipe on this property behind my house You can clearly see a pvc pipe above ground that is taped at the corner near the door with water squirting out of it

This water was previously turned off this week but has now been turned back on without any repair to this tapes above ground pipe It is flooding my yard and water is leaking into my basement

The property at 4891 Lodewyck has running wanter pouring into the back alley area There is no access and the house is set very far back There is water continuously flowing and pooling creating a sink hole that is effecting my property foundation This leak needs to be addressed as it will deteriorate these properties and their value

This house has a pvc pipe that has been taped on the end that is dumping water all over my property The puddle is bigger and bigger and the water is a continuous flow You can not see it from the street These pictures are from the back yard of the house behind it

This building is still open and dangerous The city marked this as closed but all the same windows are open with falling glass and people breaking in This is because the building owner has power Its unsafe for me and my home to have this building open
